Logistical and Booking Coordinator - Maternity Cover
Rate of pay: £8.08 per hour
Hours of work: 09.00-14.00 Monday-Friday.
Closing Date for applications: 11th December 2015, Interviews 16-17th December.
This role is a fixed term vacancy to cover Maternity Leave to commence in January 2016 following DBS check and references. To apply please complete an application form. Main Duties/Responsibilities:

To receive and schedule transport requests for individuals and groups requiring the Ring and Ride, Group Travel and Voluntary Car services.

To arrange and monitor Midas and PATs training and to arrange DBS checks.

To arrange the Day Trip programme, publicise and schedule passengers.

To allocate vehicles to runs and maintenance as required.

To secure driver, passenger assistant and office staff cover.

To maintain the data base regarding driver, passenger assistants, group and passenger records.

To support other members of staff with the monitoring of incoming e-mails particularly B.A.C’s and fuel invoices and pass to appropriate staff/ treasurer for action.

To support the manager in actively promoting the passenger services to relevant community groups and in the day to day administration.

To share the emergency phone rota with other designated staff.
Other Duties:

To support other members of staff with entering post trip data including fuel records.

Attend training deemed necessary by the manager.

Other relevant duties deemed necessary by the manager.
Skills Required/Desired:

Knowledge of basic IT systems such as Microsoft Word and the like.

Good communication skills.

Able to work as an individual and as part of a team.

Able to work under pressure.
