Complaints Procedure

In the event that any User Group or Individual Member has a specific complaint regarding any aspect of Green Community Travel, we ask you to follow this procedure to ensure that the Manager and Management Committee are made aware of any complaints and are able to investigate them accordingly:

Please put your complaint in writing and send it to:

Please mark the envelope "Private and confidential" to ensure that it is passed onto The Manager and subsequently Management Committee without being opened by anyone else. The Management Committee will then independently investigate the complaint thoroughly, contacting everyone concerned as necessary.

Please note that anyone telephoning the office to complain will be asked to follow the steps above.

We hope that by putting this procedure in place, our User Groups and Individual Members of Green Community Travel will feel assured that any complaints are dealt with and not ignored by the Management Committee.
