How do I book community group travel?
Just call or email us! You can book community group travel as far in advance as you wish.
A choice of minibuses to meet your needs, these can be found on Our Vehicles page.
Our variety of 12-15 seater minibuses can be configured to suit your group’s needs, whether it be accommodating for wheelchair users, or any special adjustments, we can make it work! Just let us know your requirements when you make your advance booking.
Providing your own minibus driver.
If you wish, you can provide your own minibus driver rather than using one of our volunteers. To arrange this, we’ll need a copy of your drivers driving licence and their MiDAS certificate.
Want to qualify to drive our minibuses?
Anyone wishing to drive our vehicles has a MiDAS assessment, this entails an online theory test which takes around 4 hours and then a practical session with a knowledgeable trainer.
You can discuss anything you’d like more information on and part of this session is a driving assessment, we can assist groups with arranging this training locally.
Community Group Travel Costs
To book our Community Group Travel service, you first need to buy a Group Membership. This costs £30 annually (Jan-Dec.)
Hire costs are payable per trip, and are outlined in the group registration pack that we will send you.
