We will always try and accommodate your request as close to the times you like, we ask you to be flexible so that we can help as many people as possible. If you need to travel at the same time every week we will try and arrange a regular booking for you.
FAQ:
We book this at the same time as your outbound journey so we’ll ask you how long you need at your destination. Some passengers go to the doctors and then have a wander around the shops afterwards.
Of course! We will do an advanced assessment to record the make and model of your wheelchair, we make sure we transport you safely.
We are here for anyone that cannot access public transport, this could be because; you need to travel in wheelchair or with a scooter, you need door to door transport, you do not have access to a public bus route, you cannot walk to a bus stop, you need a supportive travel environment or you have a health condition. If you are unsure give us a call. If you have a bus pass you receive a discounted fare.
Our ring and ride personal transport service operates within the area shown on the map. If you live or want to get to a place beyond this area, our Voluntary Car service can help you with hospital appointments and much more!
Don’t worry if you are poorly on your day of travel and need to cancel your booking; we understand. When you register we’ll give you cards with our contact details on to keep handy – just give us a call if you need to check on your bus or cancel a booking.
