We will call you about a week before the trip to let you know if you are on that particular trip. We will make sure the selection is fair, so everyone has an opportunity to go on at least one trip. If a trip is over-subscribed, we will see if we can run it again on another day to give those that couldn’t get on another opportunity. Day trips have different charges for each trip, as detailed above. (Non-bus pass holders will be charged an extra £2). Carer’s fare £4.50 (must have C on bus-pass) |
Hospital Shuttle Bus:
June was the last month for our hospital shuttle bus. Sadly, it wasn’t well used enough for us to apply for further funding. It was really helpful for us whilst it did run & we have learnt a lot from the trial. We have gained a super driver who is happy to group passengers together for a bus when we have those very busy days.
We are really grateful for your support with the pilot and we still think it was a valuable thing to do. We wanted to conduct a pilot to see if it could work and sometimes things do, sometimes they don’t! but we are always learning.
