Tues 5th May: Lunch, Baileys Court Inn Bradley Stoke (newly refurbished) – £11.00 Tues 12th May: Lunch, The Cross Hands old sodbury – £9.00 Fri 15th May: Lunch, The Wishing Well Longwell Green – £11.00 Mon 18th May: Cadburys Garden Centre Congresbury – £14.00 *Please note: Due to a high number of cancellations on the day of our outings, we are now taking payment for the trips when we call you to confirm your pickup time. This is non-refundable and you will not be able to put the credit towards any future trips. Exceptional circumstances would need to be authorised by the office. Pre orders for food may also be needed * What do I need to do? Call us on 01454 228706 to register your interest in a trip. You can put your name down for as many as you like but it is not guaranteed you will get on all trips you have put your name down for. *Please note: Due to increased demand we cannot guarantee we can get passenger on their first choice of a trip* What will we do? We will call you about a week before the trip to let you know if you are on that particular trip. We will make sure the selection is fair, so everyone has an opportunity to go on at least one trip. If a trip is over-subscribed, we will see if we can run it again on another day to give those that couldn’t get on another opportunity. Day trips have different charges for each trip, as detailed above. (Non-bus pass holders will be charged an extra £2). Carer’s fare £4.50 (must have C on bus-pass) |
